About Vusi

Vusi is the host of the weekly radio show on the South African government radio station, Ubuntu Radio, available online and on DSTV audio bouquet channel 888. The show provides the listeners with an overview of financial developments, public finances, markets, and important economic developments in different African countries, and spotlights the remarkable journeys of African businesses. He has hosted and interviewed guests and institutions such as the former Statistician-General of South Africa Dr. Pali Lehohla, the Chief Executive Officer of KhumaloCo Mr Andile Khumalo, Alexander Forbes and the South African Reserve Bank.

Vusi is the moderator/facilitator of corporate and organisational discussions. He has hosted and facilitated discussions with panels ranging from students to high-ranking government officials. He is a skilful and poised facilitator.

Vusi’s interest is in public finances and development economics. He boasts over 11 years of experience in the public finances sector. His qualifications include a Masters in Administration (University of Pretoria, South Africa) and a Masters of Arts in Development Studies (University of Sussex, United Kingdom).
